You are looking at a very rare black carbon fiber Tag Heuer Kirium WL1180 men’s watch. It is a Special Edition Tag Heuer Kirium WL1180 model. This watch is a true survivor and hard to find. This watch does not disappoint. The carbon fiber dial with silver numerals is stunning. I am a watch collector who owns over 500 Tag Heuer watches. I currently have quite a few for sale. It was simply time to clean out the closet. This is a men’s size TAG watch with a case size of about 37mm (41mm including the crown). The pictures do not look the best because the glass on this model is rounded and thus gives off a glare when trying to photograph. The “halo effect” you see in the photos is not indicative of what the dial truly looks like in person. My lighting is causing the illusion you see on the dial that looks like a round black shadow, or “halo”. Rest assured that the dial has a nice uniform color, and that this is just a reflection you are seeing. The hands are outlined in silver, but sometimes look black under my bright lighting. The crystal is in perfect condition with no scratches. The back casing is in very good condition with light scratches. The strap is the TAG FT6000 rubber band. The clasp is the FC5009 titanium Tag Heuer deployment clasp. The rubber band is in excellent condition with very light wear. There are light scratches and desk rash on the titanium deployment clasp. The titanium clasp alone is worth $200. The bezel is in very good condition with fine scratches. The hands & hour markers look excellent. I would rate this TAG as a solid 9.2 out of 10 in condition. The bezel turns nice and crisply in the counter clockwise direction, as it should. This model has a quartz movement and it is 200 meters water resistant. It runs and keeps perfect time. The watch will fit up to a large 8.25 inch wrist. This watch was selling for $1750 new. Why pay $1750 for a brand new TAG when you can buy this for much less? I always recommend having seals tested before wearing in water as a precaution. This is 100% authentic. The serial number is visible on the back casing. Be careful because there are a lot of sellers on eBay selling fake TAGs from the UK, Japan, Canada, Bulgaria, Singapore, and even the USA. Buy from someone with a 24 year history of selling authentic Tag Heuers, like myself. Please see my other Tag Heuers for sale. I have men’s and women’s TAGs that are new and used in all price ranges.
