It has low action with no buzzing. The frets are in perfect condition and polished to shine like a mirror, it is truly stage or studio ready/worthy. (Including new Strings, perfect Intonation, truss rod adjustment and low action) Read Our Feedback and Rest Assured, The Dude Abides! Here is a phenomenal sounding and playing Edwards Les Paul that was made in Japan. The quality and craftsmanship can not be stated enough. These guitars are absolutely amazing and the feel is a real players dream. It sports a killer looking flamed maple top, mahogany body/neck, long neck tenon and lacquer finish. It has that classic American Les Paul sound thanks to the Seymour Duncan ’59 N and JB pickups and really sounds as a high end Les Paul should. It also has that familiar and never shipped to the US Open Book Headstock that avoids any goofy looks and screams Gibson. Cosmetically, this guitar is in very good condition with one or two tiny chips to the finish on the top of the headstock and some minor play-wear throughout. There are some scattered dings, dents, scuffs and micro scratches on the back and some chip/dings along the back bottom edge of the back. All of this minor wear will allow you to rock out worry free and focus on your rocking. It has a super fat C profile neck similar to a ’58 or ’59 Reissue and a bound solid, dark rosewood fingerboard. The burst finish has aged and has an orange tint that really has a nice vibrant look to it. The intonation and playability are spot on and the neck is perfectly straight. Everything is rock solid and functions as it should. Overall this absolute Gibson Killer is just in need of a worthy player to make her an ultimate workhorse. It has just been professionally set up and dialed in for optimal tone and playability. It has low action with no buzzing or dead spots and is an absolute joy to play. It has been deep cleaned and detailed. All guitars will arrive looking and playing great. The frets have been leveled / dressed / polished and the fingerboard was cleaned. (Unfinished Rosewood and Ebony boards get treated with Fret Doctor – a proprietary all natural oil that is the best on the market) It has brand new strings, the action was adjusted, the intonation is spot on and it plays excellent.
